Our roof installation process
We start with the free inspection and a written estimate that spells out the full scope. On install day we tear off the old roof down to the deck, check the wood underneath, and replace anything soft or rotten before we build back up. Then the system goes on: underlayment, ice-and-water shield in the vulnerable spots, flashings, and shingles, in that order, to spec. We finish by cleaning the site and sweeping the yard for nails with a magnet.
