What our roof inspection covers
Terry gets on the roof himself. He checks the shingles for cracking, curling, and granule loss, the kind of wear our high-desert sun speeds up. He looks hard at the parts that leak first: valleys, flashings around chimneys and vents, and the eaves. He checks the areas you cannot see from the ground, then documents everything with photos so you are looking at your actual roof, not a sales brochure.
What you get at the end
