How We Work With You
Terry Preston is the owner-operator, so the person who inspects and prices your roof is the person who builds it. Inspections and written estimates are free, the written estimate is the price you pay, and we tell you when a repair will hold and when it will not.

QUESTIONS
QUESTIONS TRI-CITIES HOMEOWNERS ASK TERRY
Many repairs are done the same day we come out, and homeowners mention that quick turnaround in their reviews. Larger storm or wind damage can take longer, and Terry will tell you honestly what your roof needs before he starts.
Yes. The written estimate Terry hands you is the price you pay. No upselling, no surprise line items. One customer put it plainly in a review: the estimate was exactly what he was charged.
Yes. Terry inspects and prices every job personally, then personally manages and oversees the project from start to finish. Trusted subcontractor crews complete the installation and specialty work, while Terry stays responsible for quality, communication, and cleanup. You are not handed off to a salesperson you never see again. That is the whole point of an owner-operator.
Yes. Payment plans are offered to all customers, subject to credit approval, so you can start the project now and pay over time without draining your savings. Ask Terry about it when he gives you your estimate.
It depends on the age, the damage, and what is going on under the shingles. A free inspection with a written report gives you the honest answer. If a repair will do, Terry will not push you toward a full replacement.
Yes. High Point handles full home renovation: kitchens, window replacement, siding, flooring, and bathroom remodels. Terry manages every project personally, and trusted subcontractors may be used for specialty work such as drywall, flooring, cabinets, electrical, and plumbing. One customer had High Point redo the roof, kitchen, windows, siding, and flooring on the same house.
Most residential re-roofs in the Tri-Cities land between roughly $9,000 and $20,000, depending on the size, pitch, materials, and how many layers come off. You get a real written price the same day Terry inspects, with no mystery line items.
Kennewick, Pasco, Richland, West Richland, Finley, and Benton City are the core. We also reach Walla Walla and Yakima. Call and tell us where you are.
